The duration of our Training Academy varies depending on the position:

            Intake Specialist: 4 weeks

            Legal Assistants: 4 weeks

            Case Managers: 12 weeks

Typically, we do not conduct interviews with law firms for our trained team members as they undergo a rigorous vetting process during our training program. However, we do understand the importance of ensuring a good fit for your team. Instead of interviews, we arrange a meet and greet session before their first day. This allows us to introduce them to your team, discuss expectations, and ensure a smooth transition. For generalist roles, law firms have the flexibility to conduct interviews and select the preferred candidate.

Currently, all our placements are permanent. Each law firm is unique, and our focus is on matching the right candidate to fulfill your staffing needs.

Apart from our Training Academy roles, we offer Generalist positions for candidates with a strong work history and ethic. We strive to find the ideal candidate with the background that aligns with your specific staffing requirements.

 

Absolutely! You can add additional team members as needed within the signed position in the Service Agreement. If you wish to staff another position, we will provide a staffing addendum outlining the new specifications.

Our Colombian team members can work up to 47 hours per week, and our Peruvian team members can work up to 48 hours per week. Any hours worked beyond this will be considered overtime. Schedules are typically assigned by the law firm, usually between 7 am and 9 pm, based on your operational needs.

We maintain a guide to ensure our team members have the necessary equipment for optimal performance:

  • Laptop or Desktop Computer: Reliable with Windows 10 or macOS (latest version), Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB RAM or higher, 256GB SSD or higher.
  • Monitor: A recommended external monitor (21 inches or larger) for enhanced productivity.
  • Headset and Camera: Comfortable headset with microphone for clear communication, and a working camera for virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • Internet Connection: Stable and high-speed (minimum 20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with an ethernet cable for reliability.

 

              

Our international team members follow your law firm's holiday schedule. They observe holidays based on their country of origin and, if they desire to be off on one of their Holidays, they must request it in advance like any other day. Team members working on holidays receive premium pay, fully covered by Top Notch Remote Solutions.
