Rob Levine

Rob Levine

CEO

Rob Levine, founder of Records on Time, began his career in service and advocacy at the age of sixteen, joining the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps as an EMT. Within a year, he became a Crew Chief, rising through the ranks to become second-in-command of a fifty-person squad. Rob’s dedication to service continued as a military police officer in the Rhode Island Army National Guard and later as a police officer in the Central Falls Police Department. He secured a $16,000 grant for the department’s first K-9 Drug Enforcement Unit, where he served as the K-9 Officer. Alongside his patrol duty, Rob and his dog played a vital role in fighting the city’s drug problem.

Rob’s passion for helping others led him to graduate from Salve Regina University with a degree in Administration of Justice. He then pursued a law degree at Roger Williams University School of Law in 1999.

Throughout the past 20 years, as founder and CEO of Rob Levine and Associates, Rob has focused his legal practice on advocating for injured and disabled clients, including personal injury, medical malpractice, social security disability, and veterans disability cases. His team assists individuals nationwide and medical malpractice clients within Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Kimberly Dube is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of success as the Chief Operating Officer of Rob Levine and Associates for nearly a decade. She has played a pivotal role in the remarkable growth of the company, elevating it from a team of 45 individuals to a thriving organization with a workforce of 200.

With extensive experience in the legal and medical record retrieval spaces, Kimberly’s expertise and strategic leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and enhancing operational efficiency. Her keen understanding of the industry landscape, coupled with her ability to implement effective processes and systems, has consistently yielded exceptional results.

Drawing upon her strong academic foundation, Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to her tenure at RLA/ROT/TN, she amassed valuable experience in the corporate banking sector, further sharpening her business acumen and honing her skills in organizational management.

Kimberly’s unwavering commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement is evident in her remarkable achievements. Through her visionary approach, she has successfully optimized operational workflows, streamlined procedures, and fostered a culture of excellence within the organization. Her strategic insights and ability to navigate complex challenges have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly maintains an active lifestyle and is an avid traveler and loves being outdoors. Her passion for exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures fuels her drive for personal enrichment. While her dedication to her work is undeniable, she also finds fulfillment in spending time with her 9 year old daughter.

LeeAnn is a results-oriented and strategic leader with an impressive track record in learning and development. Before coming to Rob Levine & Associates, she was with T-Mobile for 14 years. With a comprehensive understanding of training management, she has successfully overseen the needs of 14,000 call center agents and 4,000 leaders worldwide, covering onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development. What sets her apart is her humble beginnings as a Customer Service Representative, progressing through various roles including within Learning and Development, from Training Assistant to Director. LeeAnn’s diverse background enables her to deliver exceptional leadership experiences and optimize performance, productivity, and work quality. With expertise in designing robust learning strategies, she launched over 150 programs across multiple lines of business, including the Global Care division.

HR Director
Liz is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. She has a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy but found her true passion when she started to work for the Transformco corporation in 2009 and was offered an opportunity to work in the Human Resources department. Working her way from Human Resources coordinator up to Human Resources Director, Liz has had more than 800 employees under her supervision. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for her people-oriented approach, organizational skills, standardization strategies and expertise in various Human Resources functions. Liz’s proficiency also extends to areas such as payroll management, onboarding, and employment law compliance. With her meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that all HR related company processes are carried out smoothly.

With her deep understanding of the industry and extensive hands-on experience; She provides comprehensive training to team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for the entire personal injury process. Those skills include gathering pertinent information, conducting in-depth investigations, and preparing crucial legal documents essential to the claims process. The team members’ proficiency in these critical aspects of the field contributes to their ability to provide top-quality legal support and representation for personal injury clients.

Shawanda’s extensive background includes designing and delivering continuing education programs for leaders, frontline employees, and new hires, fostering cross-functional skills across all the company’s products and services.

In her role, Shawanda leads and develops all trainers at Top Notch Remote Solutions, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel. She specializes in creating customized training programs for legal professionals, focusing on conflict resolution, negotiation, compliance, and ethics. Shawanda’s analytical abilities allow her to accurately assess training needs and measure outcomes. With a strong emphasis on mentoring, she ensures that team members are well-prepared to deliver exceptional legal services and uphold the highest standards of client care.

Juan Carlos Touzet

IT Coordinator
Juan Carlos is an IT professional specialized on IT resources and infrastructure administration, systems support and user experience. He completed his Systems Engineering university studies and has built a career performing different roles in transnational corporations in the pharmaceutical, banking,
mining, legal, consulting and beverage industries: He also has experience working in small local businesses. He is focused on keeping the internal costumers happy, helping them to resolve any IT issue and to improve their experience using the company systems and applications.
